Location : DELHI - OKHLA PHASE -2 (Full-Time)
Skills :•Bachelor's degree preferred. •Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the travel industry. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. •Empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns. •Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Description :•Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
•Listen attentively to customer concerns, understand their travel needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
•Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel arrangements.
•Offer recommendations, travel tips, and guidance to enhance the customer's travel experience.
•Follow up with customers to ensure that their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction.
•Effectively communicate travel details, policies, and procedures to customers.
•Communicate customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
